the site
Chosen for its excellent location and easy access into the Brussels and all the main commercial areas of Belgium, the original buildings on which JetLofts to be built were a tobacco processing factory, its directors house and a large annexed storage area.
Built in the 1940's the property was then divided and converted into an automobile main agent concession and was in part acquired by the local authority for administrative use.The space will be modified by demolition so as to offer spacious garden areas and walkways between the different buildings, and so as to create large, open and luminousfacades. This open and luminous conception is carried through in the use of wide, panoramic windows, balconies, walk-ways and staircases throughout.
The value of this approach is further underlined by the postioning of the entire construction in superbly landscaped gardens which will remain car free (as the parking for approxiamtely 60 vehicles is located underground), and will be contained in its own secured perimeter.
JetLofts has the added advantage of being situated a mere 2 kilomteres from the Ring, 2.8 kilomteres from the A12, 3.9 kilomteres from the town centre and 10 kilomteres from Zaventem airport.
