The construction work on JetLofts is carefully planned so as to enable buyers to organise the coordination of their interior designers and the fitting out of individual lofts well in advance. Plans for each loft space, with details of where electricity, water gas and other services will be located area will be available as of the date of signature of the "compromis" or undertaking to purchase.

July 2007: Election of entrepreneur.
October 2007: Start of building.
February 2010: Completion of building works (not including private interior finishing)


As soon as the construction work is completed the landscape architects will commence the layout of the communal garden area, and access ways will by put in place, along with entrance gates and other communal furnishing, such as external lighting, entry systems.

A complete dossier concerning finishes, materials and the layout of the individual loft you may choose to buy, as well as the specifications of the communal works, are available from our agent upon request.
