JetLofts
OUTLINE
The Jetlofts project transformed large portions of a block of former tobacco drying factory buildings, a director’s house, a burgomasters house and administrative buildings into landscaped residential lofts and apartments with walkways, gardens, a swimming pool and a gym.
Once again, Victoria Lofts has approached this project by integrating it in its environment, which can be called the leitmotif and vision of Victoria Lofts.
This a signatory approach has been applied more rigorously than ever before in the JetLofts project, opening up the block of buildings and assimilating it with its environment so as to add value to the entirety of the project. The factory area and its annexed director’s house, an inner open space which was previously used as a builders yard and vehicle storage is dramatically transformed so as to bring to life inner communal spaces with walkways, landscaped gardens and a high quality leisure, play and swimming area.
