Following on the thread of Bobillofts, a cotton mill reinstated as 22 lofts centred around a central courtyard in Tourcoing, BIP launches the largest renovation and loft project in northern France.

Rare indeed is the existent of such a magnificent classic “chateau industriel” with the capacity to offer 200 Lofts and 200 new built apartments.

Situated in Lille/Helemmes on 2,8 hectares of secluded grounds the three main monumental square buildings are to be opened in central atriums, creating superb light wells with balconies giving access serene green parks.
Designed with low traffic impact limited to private cars only, imposing new built new built apartment buildings (8 in total) are built around the existing historic building, on a scale that will not impinge on the beauty of the older buildings. These new buildings will also contain and remove from sight the required parking areas and be of a character in the villa style so as to complement the industrial Chateau style.
